The Severndroog Venture Scout Unit is no more.

But there's no need to mourn. The Severndroog Explorer Scout Unit launched in September 2002, growing Severndroog into a district-wide section for 14 to 18 year olds. You can find out more about Explorers at the Severndroog website, www.severndroog.demon.co.uk

This area of the website contains most of the information salvaged from the old Severndroog Venture Scout Unit site. Most of it was last updated in April 1998, but there is still a wealth of programme and expedition ideas, as well as unit history. SVSU may be no more, but there's a lot to remember, and a lot more still to do.
